A collaboration by three Southwestern Ontario farms, celebrating locally-grown ingredients with the Summer season in mind.

Made with fresh Ontario honey, wild ginger and chamomile from Wildflowers Farm in St Thomas, Cascade hops from Backroads Hops Farm in Parkhill, a touch of orange peel, coriander and Belgian yeast.
